Once your order has shipped, an email from email@example.com will be sent to your email address containing the tracking information for your order. However, we offer alternative ways to check on the status of your order.
If you ordered online as a guest:
Go to https://www.edwardsvaham.com/tracking. Type in your Order ID number, which was included in the confirmation email sent to your address the moment you placed your order. Type in the email address you used to place your order. Hit submit and the status of your order will appear.
If you ordered under your Edwards member account:
Log into your account. Click on "Past Orders", then click on the order you'd like to view.
If you order has shipped, you'll see the tracking number connected to the order. When clicked, this will take you directly to UPS.com and automatically show you the status of your shipment.
You can still go to https://www.edwardsvaham.com/tracking to manually enter your order ID to track your order, if you'd like.
